The author obtains conditional estimate, under assuming the Riemann hypothesis, for the sum \[ S(x,y):=\sum_{n\leq y}\,\sum_{q\leq x}\sum_{d|(n,q)}d\,f\left(\frac{q}{d}\right). \] The result for large \(x\) and \(y\) with \(x^{3/4}\ll y\ll x^{3/2}\) reads as \begin{align*} S(x,y) & =\frac{\zeta(2)\zeta(3)}{\zeta(6)}\,xy +\frac{\zeta(1/2)\zeta(3/2)}{\zeta(3)}\,x^{1/2}y\\ & +\frac{\zeta(1/3)\zeta(3/2)}{\zeta(2)}\,x^{1/3}y -\frac{\zeta(4)\zeta(6)}{4\zeta(12)}\,x^2+O(x^{2/7+\varepsilon}y+x^3/y). \end{align*} The method of proof follows Perron's formula and contour integration. For Part I see [the author, Rocky Mt. J. Math. 52, No. 5, 1713--1718 (2022; Zbl 1508.11097)].
