An algebra over the complex field is called a binary Leibniz algebra if every two-generated subalgebra is a Leibniz algebra. A complex algebra is called a mono Leibniz algebra if every one-generated subalgebra is a Leibniz algebra. The present paper is devoted to the complete algebraic and geometric classification of complex 5-dimensional nilpotent binary Leibniz and 4-dimensional nilpotent mono Leibniz algebras. As a corollary, the authors obtain the complete algebraic and geometric classification of complex 4-dimensional nilpotent algebras of the nil-index 3.
