Seshadri constants of parabolic vector bundles (Q6188855): Difference between revisions

Analogously to the classical case for vector bundles, in this paper the authors define the notion of parabolic Seshadri constants for parabolic vector bundles on a complex projective variety \(X\) and prove that they have parallel definitions and properties to the classical case. A criterion for parabolic ampleness of a parabolic bundle is stated in terms of its parabolic Seshadri constants. Moreover, the behaviour of the parabolic Seshadri constants under symmetric and tensor product is studied. The results strongly rely on orbifold bundles associated to parabolic bundles and on projectivization of parabolic bundles.
