Asymptotic completeness is proved for the following equation \[ i\partial_t u+\frac{1}{2}\partial_x^2 u-q\delta_0 u=u|u|^{\alpha} \] with \(q>0\) (repulsive potential) and \(\alpha>4\). Proving the asymptotic completeness is equivalent to prove that Strichartz estimates apply to all finite energy solutions with \(H^1\) data. The proof by contradiction is based on the concentration-compactness/rigidity technique. It is close to [\textit{Y. Hong}, ``Scattering for a nonlinear Schrödinger equation with a potential'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1403.3944}] but differs in two respects, because of the dimension (3d in Hong's paper) and the singularity of the potential. These differences are a good opportunity to construct a new profile decomposition. Contrary to known profile decompositions this new one is not constructed on a perturbative approach but assumes some properties to an abstract operator of the form \(\partial_x^2+B\) which fit the one under study.
