Generalized Sasakian space forms are a class of almost contact metric manifolds whose curvature tensor satisfies a certain relation depending on three smooth functions. For particular choices of these functions one recovers Sasakian, cosymplectic or Kenmotsu space forms. The Bochner curvature tensor is a Kähler analogue of the usual Weyl conformal curvature tensor in the Riemannian setting; it involves the Riemann tensor, the Ricci operator and the scalar curvature. The C-Bochner tensor \(B\) of a Sasakian manifold is related to the Bochner tensor via the Boothby-Wang construction. Finally, the E-Bochner tensor \(B^e\) is an extension of the C-Bochner tensor to more general almost contact metric structures, the so-called almost-\(C(\alpha)\) manifolds. The paper under review studies generalized Sasakian space forms whose E-Bochner tensor \(B^e\) satisfies particular properties, for instance it is symmetric (\(\nabla B^e=0\)) or semisymmetric (\(R\cdot B^e=0\)). Several examples of the possible different situations are given.
