In this paper the author builds a countable collection of finite and connected two-dimensional CW complexes (two-complexes, to shorten) with trivial second integer cohomology group and, from each of them, a map onto the torus whose homotopy class contains only surjective maps (a strong surjection). Furthermore, the author proves that such two-complexes are the simplest with these properties.
