The authors summarize the contents of this paper in the abstract of the paper as follows: In this paper we define a more general convolution product of functionals on Wiener space and develop the fundamental relationships between the generalized Fourier-Feynman transform and the convolution product. Editor's remark. A sequel to this paper has appeared in [\textit{S. K. Shim} and \textit{J. G. Choi}, Ann. Funct. Anal. 11, No. 2, 439--457 (2020; Zbl 1453.46043)].
