For $\alpha=e^{i\theta}$ and an inner function $I$ on the unit ball $\mathbb{B}^n\subset\mathbb{C}^n$, let \[ \varphi_{\alpha,I}(z)=\frac{1-|I(z)|^2}{|\alpha-I(z)|^2} =\text{Re}\left(\frac{\alpha+I(z)}{\alpha-I(z)}\right), \quad z\in \mathbb{B}^n. \] Since $\varphi_{\alpha,I}$ is a positive pluriharmonic function on $\mathbb{B}^n$, there exists a unique pluriharmonic positive Borel measure $\sigma_{\alpha,I}$ on the unit sphere $ \mathbb{S}^n$ such that $P(\sigma_{\alpha,I})=\varphi_{\alpha,I}$. Here $P$ denotes the invariant Poisson integral operator, and recall that a Borel measure $\mu$ on $\mathbb{S}^n$ is called pluriharmonic if $P(\mu)$ is a pluriharmonic function on $\mathbb{B}^n$. \par In this paper the authors study this family of pluriharmonic Clark measures $\sigma_{\alpha,I}$. To do so, they consider the spaces $I^*H^2=H^2\ominus I H^2$ and $I_*H^2=\{g\in H^2:\,I\,\overline{g}\in H^2_0\}$, where $H^2_0=\{f\in H^2: f(0)=0\}$. Clearly, $I_*H^2\subset I^*H^2$ (for $n=1$ both spaces coincide) and $K(z,w)=\dfrac{1-I(z)\overline{I(w)}}{(1-z\overline w)^n}$ is the reproducing kernel for $I^*H^2$. \par Moreover, the authors introduce a family of unitary operators $U_\alpha: I^* H^2\to L^2(\sigma_{\alpha,I})$, defined on the linear span of $\{K_w=K(\cdot,w)\}_{w\in\mathbb B^n}$ by \[ U_\alpha K_w(\zeta) =\dfrac{1-\alpha\overline{I(w)}}{(1-\zeta \overline w)^n} \qquad (\zeta\in \mathbb{S}^n). \] One of the main results of this paper states that, if $n\ge 2$ and $f\in L^2(\sigma_{\alpha,I})$, then $\mu=f \sigma_{\alpha,I}$ is a pluriharmonic measure on $\mathbb{S}^n$ if and only if $U_\alpha^* f\in I_*H^2$.
