The category of compact Hausdorff spaces and continuous functions has several well-known (dual) equivalences, among them Isbell duality with compact regular frames and de Vries duality with de Vries algebras. The former has already been extended from continuous functions to closed relations, which involves generalizing from frame to preframe homomorphisms. In the present paper, the authors continue investigations into Gleason spaces; these are pairs of an extremally disconnected compact Hausdorff space and a closed irreducible equivalence relation on it. After introducing context and preliminary definitions, the authors consider a hierarchy of categories of compact Hausdorff spaces with morphisms being closed, continuous, and interior relations, as well as continuous and interior functions. Starting at the level of closed relations, they find suitable (dual) equivalences in compact regular frames and Gleason spaces at each mentioned level. In particular, Gleason spaces with functional morphisms turn out as the category of adjunctions of those with compatible closed relations. The same process is carried out for de Vries algebras, reasonably omitting closed relations. The paper concludes with a listed overview of all categories and equivalences that have been established therein.
