A bounded linear operator \(T\) from a Banach lattice \(E\) into itself is called order weakly demicompact if, for every order bounded sequence \((x_{n})\) in the positive cone \(E_{+}\) of \(E\) such that \((x_{n})\) converges to \(0\) weakly and \((x_{n}-Tx_{n})\) norm converges to \(0\), we have that \((x_{n})\) norm converges to \(0\). \par In the paper under review, the authors characterize Banach lattices on which all operators are order weakly demicompact.
