In this paper the authors study the relative controllability of fractional Langevin dynamical systems with delays (multiple or distributed) in control. By using controllability Grammian matrix defined by Mittag-Leffler matrix function they derive necessary and sufficient conditions for the controllability results for linear systems. For nonlinear fractional Langevin dynamical systems sufficient conditions are obtained via Schauder's fixed point theorem. Examples illustrating the obtained results are also presented.
