The article proves that the conjecture on the form of Liénard's polynomial isochronous systems [\textit{A. Algaba} et al., Qual. Theory Dyn. Syst. 1, No. 2, 133--156 (2000; Zbl 1021.34022)] has a positive answer. The following should be noted. 1). The use of polynomial transformation (7) limits the generality of the proof. 2). The author considers without proof that transformation (7) is a diffeomorphism \(\mathbb{R}^2\) on \(\mathbb{R}^2\) and on this basis deduces equalities (11). We can conclude that the proof of the main theorem of the article is incomplete.
