The authors propose a general method for establishing the asymptotic stability of systems with fractional derivatives, which is based on the use of vector Lyapunov functions. In Section 2, the authors study the stability of multi-order multiple time-varying delays positive fractional differential systems, which are later used in Section 3. In Section 3, they present the main result, which establishes that if a system has a vector Lyapunov-like function, the asymptotic stability can be asserted. In final Section 4, the authors provide illustrative examples of multi-order nonlinear systems having vector Lyapunov-like functions.
