The aim of the present paper is to get a general framework for certain generalized topologically open sets in relator spaces. These generalized topologically open sets are regular open, preopen, semi-open, \(\alpha \)-open, \(\beta \)-open, a-open and b-open, generalized open sets, etc. For the entire collection see [Zbl 1471.34005].
