Radial edges of an annular sectorial plate are simply supported, and the circular edges are simply supported, fully clamped, or free. The authors expand load and displacements into harmonic series in circumferential direction, and derive a relationship between Kirchhoff and Mindlin type plate bending. This allows to obtain an exact solution for a shear flexible plate from its thin plate counterpart.
