Let \(\mathcal{A}\) be a \(C^*\)-algebra and \(\mathcal{X}\) be pre-Hilbert \(\mathcal{A}\)-module. The author presents some Buzano-type inequalities, which are extensions of the Cauchy-Schwarz inequality by using some ideas of \textit{F.~Kittaneh} and \textit{A.~Zamani} [J. Comput. Appl. Math. 426, Article ID 115070, 14~p. (2023; Zbl 07698137)] and \textit{M.~Khosravi} et al. [Filomat 26, No.~4, 827--832 (2012; Zbl 1289.47036)]. As an application, he proves several numerical radius inequalities in the framework of \(C^*\)-algebras.
