A Rademacher Riesz product (R. R. product) is a measure \(d\mu =\lim_{n\to \infty}\prod^{n}_{k=1}(1+a_ kr_{\lambda_ k}(x))dx\) on \([0,1],\) where \(a_ k\in [-1,1],\) \(k=1,2,...\) and the limit is in the \(weak^*\) sense; the Rademacher function \(r_{\lambda_ k}(x)\) associated with the positive integer \(\lambda_ k\), is \(r_{\lambda_ k}(x)=1-2x_{\lambda_ k},\) where \(x_{\lambda_ k}\) is the \(\lambda_ k\)-th digit of the dyadic expansion of x. The authors estimate the Hausdorff dimension, dim M of Borel sets M, of positive R. R. product measure. The main result is the following: ``Let \(\mu\) be the Rademacher Riesz product based on the sequences \((r_{\lambda_ n})\) and \((a_ n)\), \(n=1,2,....\) Let M be a Borel subset of the support supp \(\mu\) of \(\mu\), such that \(\mu (M)>0.\) If \[ A_ n=\log^{-1} 4.\log \prod^{n}_{k=1}(1+a_ k)^{1+a_ k}(1- a_ k)^{1-a_ k}, \] then \[ 1-\limsup_{n\to \infty}\frac{A_ n}{\lambda_ n}\leq \dim M\leq 1-\limsup_{n\to \infty}\frac{A_ n}{\lambda_{n+1}}. \] For the case where \(| a_ k| =1\) define \(0^ 0=1.''\) This result allows an estimate of the Hausdorff dimension of simple fractals, e.g. the triangle of Sierpinski. Some central results concerning the Hausdorff dimension of Borel sets of positive Riesz products \(d\mu =\prod^{\infty}_{k=1}(1+a_ k \cos 2\pi \lambda_ kx)dx\) have been derived by \textit{J. Peyrière} [Ann. Inst. Fourier 25, No.2, 127-169 (1975; Zbl 0302.43003)] and recently by \textit{G. Brown}, \textit{W. Moran} and \textit{Ch. E. M. Pearce} [Math. Proc. Camb. Philos. Soc. 101, 529-540 (1987; Zbl 0625.10043)].
