In this paper, which is a continuation of the author's earlier paper reviewed above the converse theorem is established: \(\lim_{{\mathcal P}}\prod_{P}(Y^{t_ i}_{t_{i-1}}+E)=X^ t_ s\), where \(P=\{s=t_ 0<t_ 1<...<t_ n=t\}\) is a partition of [s,t], \({\mathcal P}\) denotes the class of such partitions of [s,t], \(\{X^ t_ s\}\) is a multiplicative and \(\{Y^ t_ s\}\) an additive stochastic semigroup, \(0\leq s\leq t\leq T<\infty\). Thus \(\{X^ t_ s\}\) could be regarded as a primitive (indefinite integral) in relation to \(\{Y^ t_ s\}\).
