The authors continue with the study of interpolation of data all the integers, by Gaussian radial-basis functions. They consider the action of the Gaussian cardinal interpolation operator on data given by some bi-infinite sequence spaces. They extend the analysis of the limiting behaviour of these operators as the underlying Gaussian parameter tends to zero and obtain the similarities between Gaussian cardinal interpolation and cardinal spline interpolation.
