    Consider the Dirichlet series \(f(s)= \sum^{+\infty}_{n=0} b_n e^{-\lambda_ns}\), where \(0\leq\lambda_n\uparrow +\infty\), \(s=x+iy\), \[ \varlimsup (\ln|b_n|/ \lambda_n) =0\quad\text{and} \quad\varlimsup (\ln\ln n/ \ln\lambda_n)=\alpha <1\;(n\to+\infty). \] Then the abscissas of convergence and of absolute convergence are 0. Let \(M(x)=\sup\{|F(x+iy) |: y\in\mathbb{R}\}\) \((x>0)\). If \(\varlimsup [\ln\ln M(x)/(-\ln x)]=+\infty\) \((x\to 0+)\), a type function \(U(1/x)\) can be suitably defined such that \(\varlimsup [\ln M(x)/U(1/x)]= L\in(0,+\infty)\) \((x\to 0+)\) and we have: \[ \varlimsup \bigl[\ln^+ |b_n|/U (q_n)\bigr]\leq L\leq\varlimsup \bigl[ \ln^+ |b_n|/U (q_n)\ln^2 U(q_n)\bigr]\;(n\to+\infty, x\to-0+),\tag{1} \] where \(q_n=\lambda_n/ \ln^+|b_n|\). \[ \varlimsup \bigl[\ln \ln M(x)/U (I/x) \bigr]=1 \Leftrightarrow \varlimsup\bigl[ \ln^+\ln^+|b_n|/ \ln U(q_n)\bigr]= 1\;(n\to+\infty, x\to 0+). \tag{2} \] {}.
