Let $G\subset \mathbb{R}^n$ be a a domain satisfying the flexible $\sigma$-cone condition, or a $\sigma$-regular domain, for $\sigma \geq 1$, $1 < p < q < \infty$. In the present paper, on irregular domains, the author establishes an embedding theorem for the spaces $L^s_{p,\theta}(G)$ into the spaces $L^l_{q,\tau}(G)$, where $s > l > 0$, $1 \leq \theta\), \(\tau \leq \infty$, and refines some other results. The relation between the parameters of the function spaces in these embedding theorems depends on the geometric properties of the domain $G$. The proof is based on an integral representation of functions similar to that given by the author [Math. Notes 103, No. 5, 865 (2018; Zbl 1407.46028)] but with specific deviations. This representation makes it possible to estimate the values of a function and its derivatives in terms of integrals containing its local approximations. The derivation of such an integral representation is the central point of this paper.
