The paper studies the Dirichlet problem for the scalar Oseen equation \( -\nu \Delta u+\eta \partial_1 u=f\) in \( \Omega \), \( u=g\) on \( \partial \Omega \) where \( \Omega \subset R^2\). If \( \Omega \) is a bounded domain with boundary of class \( C^{1,1}\) then a solution is looked for in the Sobolev space \( W^{1,p}(\Omega )\). If \( \Omega \) is an exterior domain with Lipschitz boundary or with boundary of class \( C^{1,1}\) then a solution is from weighted Sobolev space.
