The perturbed operators in the Friedrichs model is defined as follows \((u\in L_ 2({\mathbb{R}}))\) \[ (Lu)\quad (x)=x\cdot u(x)+\int_{{\mathbb{R}}}v(x,t)u(t)dt. \] The authors investigate the singular spectrum for this operator. This generalizes some previously known results of the first author [see Ark. Mat. 25, No.1, 115-140 (1987; Zbl 0632.47012)]. The results of this article are only announced. The proof of the results is absent.
