Summary: The author proves sufficient conditions for the oscillation of all solutions to the scalar first-order neutral delay differential equation \[ \dot{x}(t) - c \dot{x} (t-\tau) + \sum_{i=1}^n p_ i x (t - \sigma_i) = 0 \] for all \(0 < c < 1\), \(\tau, \sigma_i > 0\), and \(p_i \in \mathbb{R}\), \(i = 1,2,\dots,n\).
