In this paper [for part I, see ibid. 113, No. 1, 1-38 (1996; Zbl 0861.18004)] the following strong problems/results are studied/presented: - the pure dense/complete spread factorization is interpreted as a ``comprehensive factorization'' and compared with the work of \textit{R. Street} and \textit{R. F. C. Walters} [Bull. Am. Math. Soc. 79, 936-941 (1973; Zbl 0274.18001)]; -- the density of a distribution on a topos is described in terms of complete spreads (this analysis is used to show that a locally connected topos whose connected component functor preserves products is simply connected); -- a construction of the probability distribution classifier in terms of the finite non-empty connected limit completion of a small category; -- a characterization of the algebras for the symmetric monad that translates into a ``Waelbroeck'' theorem for toposes; -- the connection between complete spreads and the fundamental group of a topos.
