The relation between BKP-affine coordinates of a BKP tau function on the isotropic Sato Grassmannian and BKP-wave functions is discussed. Then a type of Kac-Schwarz operators in terms of BKP-affine coordinates is formulated. The quantum spectral curve for spin Hurwitz numbers is obtained.
