This paper considers a boundary value problem involving the Katugampola fractional derivatives. By transforming the problem into an equivalent integral equation and utilizing the properties of the associated Green's function, Lyapunov-type inequalities are obtained and then are applied to study the nonexistence of nontrival solutions of the problem.
