Semilinear Duffing equation \[ x''+\omega^2x+g(x)+\phi(x)=p(t) \] is considered, where \(g\), \(\phi\) and \(p\) are real analytic, \(\phi\) is \(T\)-periodic, and \(p\) is \(2\pi\)-periodic. Limits \(g(\pm\infty)\) are finite and \(g(+\infty)\not=g(-\infty)\). The introduction maps carefully previously known results. The main result (Theorem 1.1) proves that for any \(\omega\in R_+\setminus Q\) each solution is bounded and the equation has infinitely-many quasi-periodic solutions. A KAM-type theorem for a Hamiltonian system is derived and applied in the proof the main result. This approach has been used previously. But unlike of previous investigations, in the proof is not used any polynomial-like growth condition on \(g\). The result derived is more general than some of previously known results.
