On the construction of recurrent fractal interpolation functions using Geraghty contractions (Q6193414): Difference between revisions

The authors construct recurrent fractal interpolation functions (RFIFs) using Geraghty contractions, i.e., some variations of Rakotch contractions. As an example, using the error rates of times series related to COVID-19 vaccinations, the performance of this new class of RFIFs is compared to that of ordinary fractal interpolation functions.
