Predicting the effects of COVID-19 related interventions in urban settings by combining activity-based modelling, agent-based simulation, and mobile phone data. PLOS ONE 16 (ed Benenson, I.) (Oct. 2021) https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0259037 The dataset is also used in the Math+ project EF4-13 "Modeling Infection Spreading and Counter-Measures in a Pandemic Situation Using Coupled Models" to perform the epidemic simulation studies for Berlin. The open dataset contains a 25 percent sample of the original dataset. The code for running the simulation is also available in this Github repository: https://github.com/matsim-org/matsim-episim.
