The authors consider the Cauchy problem for the incompressible magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) system in \(\mathbb R^3\) with smooth initial data. The purpose of this article is to construct global smooth solutions to this Cauchy problem for a class of large initial data. The main result is represented by the proof of the existence of a global smooth solution for the considered Cauchy problem, under some assumptions concerning the initial data that can be, however, arbitrarily large.
