This paper studies the existence, uniqueness and global asymptotic stability of a pe\-rio\-dic solution for a bidirectional associative memory neural network with varying-time delays. The nonlinearities are assumed to be bounded and Lipschitz-continuous with the involved constants and parameters of the system verifying a suitable inequality. The existence is proved by using the well-known homotopy method and coincidence degree of Mawhin. The global asymptotic stability is obtained by constructing a Lyapunov function. Two illustrative examples are given.
