Realizations of differential operators on conic manifolds with boundary (Q878179): Difference between revisions

In the very interesting paper under review the authors study the closed extensions (realizations) of differential operators subject to homogeneous boundary conditions on weighted \(L^p\)-Sobolev spaces over a manifold with boundary and conical singularities. Under natural ellipticity conditions, they determine the domains of the minimal and maximal extension. It is shown moreover, that both extensions are Fredholm operators and a formula is given for the relative index.
