Ramification of some automorphisms of local fields (Q1273713): Difference between revisions

Let \(k\) be a perfect field of characteristic \(p>0\) and \(K=k((t))\). For any \(k\)-automorphism \(\gamma\) of \(K\), define the ramification numbers \(i_m\) of \(\gamma\), \(m\geq 0\). The aim of this paper is to investigate the following problem: Which sequences \((i_m)_{m\geq 0}\) of integers are the sequence of ramification numbers of infinite order automorphisms \(\gamma\)?
