    The authors consider a neutral delay-differential system of the form \[ \dot{x}(t) = Ax(t) + E\dot{x}(t-h) + B_0u(t) + B_1u(t-h) \] for which a stabilizing dynamic output feedback controller \[ \dot{\xi} = A_c\xi(t) + B_cy(t)\;,\;u(t) = C_c\xi(t) \] is aimed to be designed. The existence of such a controller is deduced from the feasibility of a large scale Linear Matrix Inequality established in a standard way using a quadratic Lyapunov functional.
