The author proposes a first order time-splitting scheme for a system of equations that describes the dynamics of chemically reaction flows. This method allows an efficient parallelization of the related quantities in each time step. The scheme is based a the decoupled computation of the new velocity field and pressure iterated by means of Chorin's projection method. An optimal error estimate which applies to general flow situations is obtained.
