The Yang-Baxter equations play important roles in integrable systems of quantum mechanics, statistical mechanics, and quantum field theories. Baxterization is a process to give solutions of the Yang-Baxter equation, from braid group representations and their quantum versions. In this paper, the authors study Baxterization of the fused Hecke algebra \(H_{k,n}(q)\) and give trigonometric solutions and rational ones of the Yang-Baxter equations, using the partial elementary braidings \(\Sigma_i^{(k;p)}\). When \(k=1\), the fused Hecke algebra becomes the usual Hecke algebra \(H_n(q)\), hence their Baxterization formula reduces to the usual formula in the Hecke algebra. The fused Hecke algebra and the symmetrized powers of the fundamental representation of \(U_q(gl(N))\) enjoy the Schur-Weyl duality theorem, hence the Baxterization formulas presented in this paper are applicable to the \(R\)-matrices associated with these representations. In particular, all higher spins representations of \(U_q(gl(2))\) are covered.
