For a given bounded domain \(\Omega\subseteq \mathbb{R}^N\) with \(C^2\)-boundary \(\partial \Omega\), the author studies the following nonlinear parametric Robin problem \[ \begin{cases} -\Delta_p u(z)+\xi(z)|u(z)|^{p-2}u(z)=\lambda|u(z)|^{p-2}u(z)+ f(z,u(z))&\text{in }\Omega,\\ \frac{\partial u}{\partial n_p}+\beta(z)|u|^{p-2}u=0&\text{on }\partial \Omega, \end{cases} \] where \(\lambda\in\mathbb{R}\) is a parameter, \(p \in (1,\infty)\), \(\Delta_p\) denotes the \(p\)-Laplace differential operator, the potential \(\xi \in L^\infty(\Omega)\) is supposed to be indefinite (that is, sign-changing) and \(f\colon \Omega\times\mathbb{R}\to\mathbb{R}\) is a Carathéodory function such that either \(f(z,\cdot)\) is \((p-1)\)-sublinear or \((p-1)\)-superlinear. The author establishes existence and uniqueness or multiplicity of positive solutions for certain admissible ranges for the parameter \(\lambda \in\mathbb{R}\).
