In previous papers the authors obtained generalizations and refinements of the well-known Heinz inequality \[ |\partial_x F(z)|^2+|\partial_y F(z)|^2 \geq 2/(\pi)^2,\quad z\in D=\{z: |z|<1\}, \] for harmonic automorphisms \(F\) of the unit disk \(D\). They replaced the condition \(F(D)=D\) by the property that the domain \(F(D)\) is convex. In the present paper, the authors continue to generalize their results and obtain new modifications. First of all, the authors find lower bounds for \(|\partial_z F(z)|\). Then they consider cases when \(F\) satisfies some special conditions (sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker than before). For example, the condition \(F(z)=P[f](z)\) is used, where \(P[f](z)\) is the Poisson integral of \(f\) at \(z\) in \(D\) with some conditions on \(f\). Also \(P[f](z)\) is required to be locally univalent in \(D\), but the convexity of \(F(D)\) is not required, etc.
