The Higson corona of a coarse space can be described analytically via bounded functions or geometrically via a quotient on ultrafilters. To an infinite group is associated a coarse structure which depends on a cardinality \(\kappa\le|G|\) called the balanced \(\kappa\)-ballean of \(G\). This paper proves if \(\kappa< |G|\) or if \(\kappa=|G|\) and \(\kappa\) is singular then the Higson corona of the balanced \(\kappa\)-ballean of \(G\) consists of a point. If \(\kappa=|G|\) is regular then the Higson corona of the balanced \(\kappa\)-ballean of \(G\) contains a copy of the space of ultrafilters \(p\) on \(\kappa\) with \(|P|=\kappa\) for every \(P\in p\).
