In [Rend. Circ. Mat. Palermo 27, 373--392, 402 (1909; JFM 40.0395.01)], \textit{H. Weyl} studied compact perturbations of a Hermitian operator and showed that a point belongs to the spectra of all compact perturbations exactly when this point is not an isolated point of finite multiplicity in the spectrum of the operator. Today, abstract forms of this classical result have been studied by using several spectra of Fredholm theory. The strategy of using new spectra and subsets to extend Weyl type theorems have been recently used by many authors. In this paper, by using similar methods, the author defines and characterizes new classes of properties, namely, the properties \((t)\) and \((gt)\). Also, relationships between these properties and Weyl type theorems are studied. The paper contains new results which can be of interest for researchers working in spectral theory and related areas.
