In this paper, semitopological additive (not necesserely abelian) discrete semigroups are investigated where the left and right translations created by elements are continuous. A subsemigroup \(S\) of a semitopological semigroup \(T\) is said to be near an idempotent \(e \in E(T){\kern 1pt} \backslash S\) if $e\in \mathrm{cl}_T(S)$. Here, the conditions for piecewise syndetic sets near idempotent or central sets near idempotent to create such objects also in a finite product of semitopological semigroups are found and some results on infinite products are obtained. A set is syndetic iff it has bounded gaps; piecewise syndetic iff there exist a fixed bound \(b\) and arbitrarily long intervals in which the gaps are bounded by \(b\) (the term originates from topological dynamics).
