This is the second part of a larger work dedicated to critical angles between two convex cones. In the first part [the authors, ibid. 24, No. 1, 44--65 (2016; Zbl 1341.52013)], a new theory is constructed, while in this second part the focus is on the practical computation of the maximal/minimal angle between other specially structured cones. More precisely, critical angles of pairs of revolution cones, of topheavy cones (which are given by means of epigraphs of norms), including ellipsoidal cones and the case of an ellipsoidal cone and a nonnegative orthant or a ray, respectively and of cones of matrices, in particular between the semidefinite cone and the cone of nonnegative matrices, are determined.
