Only finite groups have been dealt with in this paper. In this paper, several lemmas and constructions are provided, culminating in an affirmative answer to the following question: Does the intersection of all maximal metanilpotent subgroups of a graph \(G\) coincide with the metanilpotent hypercenter of \(G\)? Also in this paper, the structure of groups whose nilpotent residuals of non-normal subgroups are normal is studied. This kind of groups constitutes a class of groups generalizing the class of groups in which every subgroup is nilpotent or normal. The list of references mentions papers on earlier investigations on more restricted structures of groups. In short, a few are mentioned now, not so generally well-known: [The authors, Algebra Colloq. 20, No. 2, 349--360 (2013; Zbl 1281.20020); \textit{K. S. Kemhadze}, Math. Notes 19, 434--437 (1976); translation from Mat. Zametki 19, 727--734 (1976; Zbl 0356.20032); \textit{G. M. Romalis} and \textit{N. F. Sesekin}, Mat. Zap., Sverdl. 5, No. 3, 101--106 (1966; Zbl 0351.20020); \textit{A. N. Skiba}, J. Pure Appl. Algebra 216, No. 4, 789--799 (2012; Zbl 1261.20015)]. The whole list, however, does consist of thirty-one items.
