The topics of epidemics on networks and multistrain diseases are quite important. In this paper, a two-strain epidemic model on a complex network is proposed. The authors study two strains, namely the drug-sensitive strain and the drug-resistant strain. The related basic reproduction numbers \(R_s\) and \(R_r\) are calculated. The equilibrium states are obtained and their stability is studied. The persistence of the model is also proved. The theoretical results are supported with numerical simulations. Yet, there are some relevant references missing: [\textit{J. Sanz} et al., ``Dynamics of interacting diseases'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1402.4523}; \textit{R.
