This paper introduces a new finite-dimensional simple modular Lie superalgebra prove that is simple. The classification of finite-dimensional simple Lie superalgebras over algebraically closed fields of characteristic zero was done by \textit{V. G. Kac} [Adv. Math. 26, 8--96 (1977; Zbl 0366.17012)]. However, the classification of simple Lie superalgebras over a field of positive characteristic is still under way. For example, Zhang et al. in [\textit{Y. Zhang} and \textit{H. Fu}, Commun. Algebra 30, No. 6, 2651--2673 (2002; Zbl 1021.17017)] constructed finite-dimensional modular Lie superalgebras of Cartan-type. The authors follow a similar idea as in [\textit{Y. Zhang} and \textit{Q. Zhang}, J. Algebra 321, No. 12, 3601--3619 (2009; Zbl 1203.17010)] to construct the new Lie superalgebra in this paper.
