The spinor zeta function \(Z_F\) for a Siegel cusp form \(F\) of integral weight \(k\) on the Siegel modular group \(\text{Sp}_2(\mathbb{Z})\) (genus \(2\)) is given by \[ \begin{multlined} Z_F(s) = \prod_{p \text{ prime}} \big( (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p) p^{-s})\\ (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p)\chi_1(p)p^{-s}) (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p)\chi_2(p)p^{-s})\\ (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p)\chi_1(p)\chi_2(p)p^{-s})\big)^{-1} = \sum_{n=1}^\infty \frac{n^{k-\frac32}\sigma^4(n) \chi_1^2(n) \chi_2^s(n)}{n^s},\end{multlined} \] where \(\chi_1,\chi_2,\sigma\) are unramified characters of \(\mathbb{Q}^\times_p\). Conditional on the Ramanujan-Petersson conjecture, the authors prove the following truncated Voronoï-type formula of the Riesz mean of the Fourier coefficients of the spinor zeta function \(Z_F\). If \(D_\rho(\cdot;Z_F)\) denotes the Riesz mean of the Fourier coefficients \(c_n = n^{k-\frac32}\sigma^4(n)\chi_1^2(n)\chi_2^2(n)\), the cusp form \(F\) is contained in the orthogonal complement of the Maass subspace \(S_k^*(\text{Sp}_2(\mathbb{Z}))\), and \(\rho \in (\frac12,1]\) and \(N\gg 1\), then for any \(x>1\) we have \[ \begin{multlined} D_\rho(x;Z_F) = (2\pi)^{-(\rho+1)} x^{\frac34\rho + k -\frac98}\\ \sum_{n\leq N} c_n n^{-\frac{\rho}4 - k + \frac78} \sin\Big( 8\pi(nx)^{\frac14} + \Big(\frac34-\frac{\rho}2\Big)\pi\Big)\\ + O\big( x^{\frac34\rho + k - \frac34+\varepsilon}N^{-\frac{\rho}4-\frac14}\big) + O\big(x^{\frac34\rho+k-\frac54}N^{-\frac{\rho}4+\frac14+\varepsilon}\big)\end{multlined} \] for any \(\varepsilon >0\).

    The spinor zeta function \(Z_F\) for a Siegel cusp form \(F\) of integral weight \(k\) on the Siegel modular group \(\text{Sp}_2(\mathbb{Z})\) (genus \(2\)) is given by \[ \begin{multlined} Z_F(s) = \prod_{p \text{ prime}} \big( (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p) p^{-s})\\ (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p)\chi_1(p)p^{-s}) (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p)\chi_2(p)p^{-s})\\ (1-p^{k-\frac32}\sigma(p)\chi_1(p)\chi_2(p)p^{-s})\big)^{-1} = \sum_{n=1}^\infty \frac{n^{k-\frac32}\sigma^4(n) \chi_1^2(n) \chi_2^s(n)}{n^s},\end{multlined} \] where \(\chi_1,\chi_2,\sigma\) are unramified characters of \(\mathbb{Q}^\times_p\). Conditional on the Ramanujan-Petersson conjecture, the authors prove the following truncated Voronoï-type formula of the Riesz mean of the Fourier coefficients of the spinor zeta function \(Z_F\). If \(D_\rho(\cdot;Z_F)\) denotes the Riesz mean of the Fourier coefficients \(c_n = n^{k-\frac32}\sigma^4(n)\chi_1^2(n)\chi_2^2(n)\), the cusp form \(F\) is contained in the orthogonal complement of the Maass subspace \(S_k^*(\text{Sp}_2(\mathbb{Z}))\), and \(\rho \in (\frac12,1]\) and \(N\gg 1\), then for any \(x>1\) we have \[ \begin{multlined} D_\rho(x;Z_F) = (2\pi)^{-(\rho+1)} x^{\frac34\rho + k -\frac98}\\ \sum_{n\leq N} c_n n^{-\frac{\rho}4 - k + \frac78} \sin\Big( 8\pi(nx)^{\frac14} + \Big(\frac34-\frac{\rho}2\Big)\pi\Big)\\ + O\big( x^{\frac34\rho + k - \frac34+\varepsilon}N^{-\frac{\rho}4-\frac14}\big) + O\big(x^{\frac34\rho+k-\frac54}N^{-\frac{\rho}4+\frac14+\varepsilon}\big)\end{multlined} \] for any \(\varepsilon >0\).
