Summary: We study the nonlinear equation \[ dx(t)/dt = x(t)[a(t) - b(t)x^\alpha(t) - f(t, x(t))] + g(t) \] by using a fixed point theorem. Sufficient conditions for the existence of a unique stable positive almost periodic solution are obtained.
