The Jacobian algebra \(\mathbb A_n\) is obtained from the Weyl algebra \(A_n\) by inverting certain elements (the obtained localization is not an Ore localization). In the present paper the author completely determines the automorphism group \(\mathbb G_n\) of \(\mathbb A_n\). This group turns out to be rather big, explicit generators are found only in the case \(n=1\). The author shows that \(\mathbb G_n\) has trivial center and gives an explicit inversion formula for elements of \(\mathbb G_n\). Furthermore, the author presents a list of defining relations for the algebra \(\mathbb A_n\).
