The authors a perturbation bound of the generalized inverse \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\) with respect to the Frobenius norm when the subspaces \(T\) and \(S\) have also a perturbation, see also [\textit{N. Zhang} and \textit{Y. Wei}, Appl. Math. Comput. 142, No. 1, 63--78 (2003; Zbl 1059.15015)] for a similar study for the spectral norm. A discussion of the perturbation bound of \(A_{T,S}^{(2)}\) under a certain condition, which generalizes \(\|EA_{T,S}^{(2)}\|<1\), is given [\textit{Y. Wei} and \textit{H. Wu}, J. Comput. Appl. Math. 137, No. 2, 317--329 (2001; Zbl 0993.15003)]. They then apply their results to the relative errors of a solution of general restricted linear equation.
